3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Payment wallet addresses used for receiving payments are generated and managed securely by our system.
  • Transaction hashes and public wallet addresses are recorded to verify and track payments.
  • All blockchain transactions are inherently public — transaction details are visible on public block explorers.
  • Seller payout addresses are stored securely and used solely for processing withdrawal requests.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Cloud hosting (AWS S3 for file storage), email delivery services, and blockchain RPC providers that help us operate the platform.

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Safety & Protection: To protect the rights, safety, and security of Paglos, our users, or the public.

6. Data Storage & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including:

  • Encrypted password storage using bcrypt hashing.
  • HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers.
  • Secure token-based authentication (JWT) with HTTP-only cookies.
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) option for enhanced account security.
  • Secure cloud storage (AWS S3) with signed URLs and access controls for uploaded files.
  • Rate limiting and security headers to prevent abuse.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication.
