1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Paglos ("the Service"), operated at paglos.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including buyers, sellers, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

Paglos is a digital marketplace where users can buy and sell educational PDF content, including programming books, coding guides, academic notes, research notes, AI guides, and other digital documents. The platform facilitates cryptocurrency payments (USDT and USDC) on Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain (BSC), and Solana networks.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must verify your email address before making purchases or sales.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Buying Digital Products

4.1 Purchases

• All purchases on Paglos are made using cryptocurrency (USDT or USDC).
• Prices are displayed in USD equivalent and payable in the selected stablecoin.
• Once payment is confirmed on the blockchain, the purchased PDF is delivered to your account library immediately.
• Payment sessions expire after 10 minutes. If you fail to send payment within this window, you must initiate a new transaction.

4.2 Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instantly deliverable nature of PDF files, all sales are final. Refunds are generally not available once a PDF has been delivered to your library. Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of:

• Technical errors preventing access to the purchased content.
• Duplicate purchases of the same product.
• Content that materially differs from its product description.

4.3 License

When you purchase a PDF on Paglos, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own educational purposes. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share downloaded PDFs with others.
• Remove or alter any watermarks applied to the content.
• Use the content for commercial purposes without the seller's written permission.
• Upload purchased content to file-sharing services or public repositories.

5. Selling Digital Products

5.1 Seller Eligibility

To sell on Paglos, you must apply for a seller account. Approval is at our discretion. Once approved, you may upload and list PDF products for sale on the marketplace.

5.2 Content Requirements

• You must own the rights to all content you upload or have authorization to sell it.
• All uploaded products are subject to review and approval by the Paglos admin team.
• Products must be educational PDF content and must not contain malware, illegal content, or misleading information.
• Product listings must have accurate titles, descriptions, cover images, and pricing.
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any product at our sole discretion.

5.3 Earnings & Payouts

• Paglos charges a platform commission on each sale. The commission rate is displayed in your seller dashboard.
• Net earnings (sale price minus commission) are credited to your seller balance.
• You may request a withdrawal once your available balance meets the minimum threshold of $20.
• Payouts are sent to your configured wallet address (EVM or Solana) and processed within 1–2 business days.
• You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your earnings on Paglos.

5.4 Content Removal

We may remove products that violate these Terms, infringe intellectual property rights, or are reported by users. Sellers will be notified of removals when possible. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

6. Cryptocurrency Payments

• Paglos facilitates payments in USDT and USDC on Ethereum, BSC, and Solana networks.
• You are solely responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address on the correct network.
• Transactions sent on the wrong network, to the wrong address, or in the wrong token cannot be recovered by Paglos.
• Blockchain transaction fees (gas fees) are your responsibility and are separate from the product price.
• Paglos does not provide cryptocurrency exchange, wallet, or custody services.
• Payment confirmations depend on blockchain network speed and are outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Content

The Paglos brand, logo, website design, and platform code are the intellectual property of Paglos and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.

7.2 User Content

Sellers retain ownership of the content they upload. By listing a product on Paglos, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute (to buyers), and promote your content on the platform. This license is revocable upon removal of your product.

7.3 Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe content on Paglos infringes your copyright, contact us at support@paglos.com with details of the alleged infringement. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including removal of infringing content.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Upload, sell, or distribute content that you do not have the right to sell.
• Upload malicious files, malware, or content designed to harm users.
• Attempt to circumvent payment systems, manipulate prices, or commit fraud.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the platform or circumvent bans.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated systems to access the platform without permission.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or security.
• Remove, alter, or bypass watermarks or other content protection measures.
• Impersonate other users, sellers, or Paglos staff.

9. Reviews & Ratings

Buyers may leave reviews and ratings for purchased products. Reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on your genuine experience with the product. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Digital products sold by third-party sellers meet any particular standard of quality or accuracy.
• Blockchain transactions will be confirmed within any specific timeframe.
• Cryptocurrency values will remain stable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paglos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Paglos in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paglos, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination:

• Your access to purchased content may be revoked.
• Pending seller payouts may be withheld if fraud is suspected.
• You must stop using the Service immediately.

You may also delete your account at any time through the Account Settings page.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the appropriate courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
